I built a multi-six figure business straight out of my PhD, without prior marketing experience, which allowed me to:

My entrepreneurial journey was always sunshine and rainbows
My business started off (too) strong and I reached burnout within the first six months.
The second year, I invested $10K on a business coach that left me feeling unsupported and taken advantage of.
The third year, I founded the FLAS Foundation to dive deep into my strengths of content creation, community building, and ops management. While my perfectionist tendencies aimed for the high calibre of a multi-million dollar business, my methodical brain was overwhelmed with all the content ideas and tech pieces to connect for an automated coaching business.
My analytical mind wanted to understand how and why business processes were executed a certain way before implementing them.
The researcher in me searched for protocols to optimize and gaps to fill. So I approached scaling my business like a science experiment.
Which brings me to how I help STEM professionals turn their expertise into businesses that feel aligned, structured, and scalable without forcing them into a model that doesn’t fit.
